Keven began his Administrator in Training as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 1993. He worked in every department of the community until receiving his Nursing Home Administrator License for the state of Ohio while completing his MBA in Healthcare Administration from Cleveland State University. Keven continued his career in several senior living companies serving as an Executive Director, Regional Director, to eventually becoming Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Senior Lifestyles Corp. in Chicago. A Fortune-500 professional with 25+ years industry experience, Mark has held numerous sales and marketing positions with some of the most influential senior living companies nationwide. He cultivates passion and enthusiasm with his unique blend of hospitality and customer experience that drives census. A well regarded motivational speaker and trainer, Mark attended UNLV and graduated from Innova University. Jayne comes to Charter Senior Living with more than 20 years sales and marketing experience in senior housing. Jayne has served in various senior management roles for both large and small senior care organizations. She has developed and executed sales and marketing strategies, as well as infrastructures that have increased occupancy and sales management accountability for more than 750 senior living communities throughout the US.
Chris Schott - Regional Vice President of Operations
Chris comes to us as a 3rd generation healthcare focused operator. He held high level operations and sales positions with a large national Senior's Housing operator for the past 8 years. He developed a passion for working with seniors through volunteering at his parents Assisted Living communities many years ago. He has dedicated his life to helping seniors and feels blessed to have the opportunity to serve them and their families and enhance their quality of life. He brings many years of diverse experience in the Senior Living Industry and has a proven track record of building "Teams", growing revenue and managing successful financial performance in the local market as well as national markets. He is keenly aware of the importance of daily support of the community management Teams through transparent communication, training and the utilization of daily operational systems all to ensure communities are operating at their optimal efficiency.
