WEST CHESTER, PA. — Charter Senior Living of West Chester, in collaboration with Paradise Management, LLC, has announced construction will begin later this year on a new senior living Community. Charter Senior Living of West Chester will begin construction in fall 2024 and will have 161 total units, featuring 58 Active Senior Living, 71 Assisted Living and 32 Memory Care residences. The project is set to be completed mid-2026.
